We are a free standing, full service ER. Since we're not connected to a Hospital, you can enjoy a great emergency room experience without the hassles of a traditional Hospital ER. Our Dallas ER can perform most of the procedures a traditional ER can. And the best part? There is no wait time at any of our facilities.
At any of our ERs, you will always be treated like a friend, and not a number. Our team of Board Certified ER Physicians will give you the one on one care you deserve. We'll never keep you for tests you don't need. And in most cases, you'll be in and out in about an hour, so you can get on with your day. And Unlike an Urgent Care center, you'll always be seen by a Board Certified ER Physician.
We focus on patient care, efficiency and exceptional medical care and are raising the bar in emergency medical care by providing an exceptional private emergency room experience to all. Through our partnership with Southern Methodist University, we are proud to be The Official Free-Standing Emergency Room Partner of SMU Athletics.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any type of Government insurance, as we are not affiliated with any hospital. This includes Medicare, Medicaid, and Tri-Care.Do I need to make an appointment?
Because we are an Emergency Room, we are strictly on a walk-in basis. There is no need to make an appointment. Simply come on in when the need for quality emergency care arises. How Much Does a Visit Cost?
As an Emergency Room, we bill your Emergency Room benefits on your insurance plan. The amount you'll be responsible for when you arrive will be the co-pay amount for an ER visit, based on your insurance plan. This amount can usually be found on your insurance card.I don't have insurance, can I still be seen?
We offer a self-pay option for people without insurance. An initial payment will be due upon arrival. The remaining balance will then be billed to you at a later date.
